What is Electric Ball Valve Actuator?

An electric ball valve actuator is a mechanical device used to control an electric ball valve, which usually consists of a gear motor, a signal device (encoder) and a control circuit board. It can control the switch state of the electric ball valve according to the signal of the encoder, so that the water flow can reach the predetermined water pressure and flow rate, and achieve the control function of the fluid pipeline.

Design requirements for electric ball valve actuator motor

IP67 Waterproof：The DONCEN Motor custom waterproof cover covers the tail of the DC motor. Customized seeling rings will increase the overall waterproof function of the motor. At the same time, the customized upper end cap can ensure the waterproof performance of the top. The waterproof rating of our PG42 series can be IP67. It ensures that the motor can work safely on the ball valve actuator.
Long Working Life: Doncen choose long-life brushed motors or brushless motors. Ensure that the electronic ball valve can work for a long time.
