1. What kind of motors do you supply?
Doncen is committed to the development, manufacturing, and marketing of gear motors, BLDC motors and gimbal motors with the diameter ranging from 16- 120 mm.
2. What information should provide for an inquiry?
For motors, we have to know the voltage, rpm, torque and rated power. It’s better if know working environment, life-time requirements, sound, waterproof rating, installation space and etc. Based on these information, we can provide solutions.
3. Can I have customized service?
We provide both OEM and ODM service for our customers. We have professional engineers to help your design your driving solution.
4. What is the leadtime for samples or mass production?
It takes around 15 days to produce samples. For mass production, it depends on the quantity of you order. Usually it takes 15-25 working days.
5. Where are your motors used for?
Our BLDC motor, gear motor, outrunner motor as well as gimbal motor are widely used in many areas, include water pump, lawn mower, power tools, exoskeleton robot, serving robotics and etc.
