These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Doncen Motor website by business and professional visitors. The website presents compact motors, gearboxes and custom drive solutions and provides a way to discuss a project with our team. It is not an online checkout or an order placement service.

When you contact us for an organization, please provide information that you are authorized to share on its behalf.

Product descriptions, images, dimensions, drawings and performance figures on this site are provided to help with early evaluation. They may change as products and manufacturing processes develop. They do not replace a current, confirmed specification for your application.

Before selecting a motor or gearbox for equipment, ask our team to confirm the relevant drawing, operating conditions, sample and validation requirements.

Sending an inquiry, RFQ, drawing or sample request does not place an order or reserve production capacity. We may ask for application details such as voltage, speed, torque, space, duty cycle and expected volume before preparing a proposal.

Prices, lead times, minimum quantities, tooling, sample costs and technical scope are confirmed in a written quotation or other agreed commercial document.

A supply commitment arises only when the parties accept the applicable written order documents. An accepted quotation, order confirmation, technical agreement or signed contract defines the agreed products and commercial terms.

If an agreed transaction document differs from these website terms, that document governs the relevant transaction. Changes to specifications, quantities or delivery plans should be confirmed in writing.

A custom motor or gearbox may require a review of drawings, prototypes, tests and production constraints. Any development scope, tooling ownership, sample acceptance criteria and project milestones should be recorded in the project documents.

A sample or preliminary recommendation should be assessed against your own equipment and operating environment before volume production.

Payment method, currency, taxes, shipping arrangements, delivery location and schedule are set out in the accepted transaction documents. Any trade term should identify the agreed location and version of the applicable Incoterms rules.

Please inspect delivered goods promptly and contact us with the order reference and supporting details if you identify damage, shortage or a suspected nonconformity. The agreed order documents govern remedies and claims.

Any product warranty, quality criteria, return process or replacement arrangement is defined by the applicable quotation, order confirmation or signed agreement. Website descriptions alone do not create an additional product warranty.

Contact our team before returning a sample or product so the issue, supporting evidence and next steps can be reviewed together. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of drawings, specifications, files and other materials you send us. Please do not submit materials that you do not have permission to share.

You retain rights you already hold in your materials. We may use them as reasonably needed to review the request, prepare a quotation, develop or validate a solution and perform an agreed project. A separate confidentiality agreement controls where one has been signed.

Unless otherwise stated, Doncen Motor or its licensors retain rights in the website content, including text, images, logos and product documents. You may use reasonable portions internally to evaluate our products and services. Reproduction or commercial distribution requires prior written permission.

Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious or misleading material, or use the site in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
